Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

In rare situations such as high demand or operational delays, order processing may take up to 7 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We currently ship across India using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order value and delivery location.

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
For Partial-COD orders, a minimal advance shipping fee of ₹150 is charged at the time of order placement.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Ethnic Dori only ships within India.

International shipping is not currently available.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

For damaged items, please refer to our Refund and Replacement Policy, which requires a valid unboxing video for verification.

Delayed or Non‑Delivery Orders
