Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Products from Ethnic Dori are eligible for replacement or a full refund only in specific cases mentioned below. Our goal is to ensure customers receive the correct and undamaged products.

We offer replacements or refunds only for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered products.

⚠️ We do not offer replacements, returns, or refunds for size-related issues.
Please check your measurements carefully before placing an order.


Replacement Requests

Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The full unboxing process

  • The damaged, defective, or incorrect product received

Requests submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Please ensure the video is continuous and unedited, so our team can verify the issue quickly.


Non‑Delivery – Full Refund

If your order is not delivered within 30 days of placing the order due to an issue from the Ethnic Dori team, you may contact us to request a full refund.

Our delivery partners attempt delivery up to 3 times for every order.

If a prepaid order fails to be delivered after all 3 attempts due to customer-related issues, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases:

  • Customers may request re-delivery by paying a re-shipping fee of ₹100, collected during delivery.

OR

  • If the customer chooses a refund, the prepaid amount will be refunded after a ₹300 deduction to cover shipping and packaging costs.

For Partial COD orders, if delivery fails due to customer-related issues, the advance amount paid (₹99 or more depending on the product) will not be refunded, as it covers shipping charges.


Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.


How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To submit a request, please email us at:

Include the following details:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Unboxing video link (for damaged/incorrect items)

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 48–72 hours.


Shipping Costs for Replacements

If a replacement is approved due to damage, defect, or wrong product delivery, Ethnic Dori will cover the shipping costs.

For other scenarios, shipping costs may need to be covered by the customer.


Important Notes

  • Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

  • Claims for damage or incorrect products without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Even if a product qualifies for return, we may not ask for reverse shipping if the product looks heavily used or damaged.
